Office Skills Test (OST™)

The OST battery helps organizations identify top-notch office personnel who are proficient in relevant areas. Eleven individually sold tests are included in the OST battery, enabling organizations to create a battery of tests that meet their specific needs.

Easy-to-use norms tables provide you with timed and un-timed percentile scores for each test. You will receive separate norms for clerks, typists, secretary/stenographers, accounting clerks and library assistants, as well as total group norms.

Studies referenced in the Examiner's Manual address content validity, criterion-related validity, and effects of experience and education.
