Flanagan Aptitude Classification Tests (FACT™)

The FACT battery is used for selection, placement, reclassification, and vocational counseling. It offers 16 individually sold tests. These tests can help assess an individual's aptitudes for industrial positions and help measure important skills.

The Examiner's Manual contains norms and tables for educational and industrial samples.

Validation studies on the FACT battery were conducted in a variety of settings and measures were found to be related to job performance and school grades.

Note: The FACT battery differs from the FIT™ battery in that the FACT tests are generally for entry-level positions and have longer time limits.
