QHEI scales have been shown to correlate with manager and
customer ratings of service and overall performance, and also to
predict disciplinary actions and turnover among healthcare
employees. Validation summary reports are available upon
request.
The QHEI report presents scale scores in a profile chart and
also includes Significant Behavioral Indicators - a narrative list
to help pinpoint areas for further investigation. In addition, the
report provides interview questions corresponding to an applicant's
specific responses.
