Healthcare Employee Productivity Report

The Healthcare-EPR assessment helps identify job applicants who are most likely to become productive healthcare workers.  The Healthcare-EPR assessment evaluates attitudes and behaviors closely associated with highly productive work habits.

Normative data is based on relevant groups.

The Healthcare-EPR report includes individual scale scores for Productivity, and also Service Relations if assessed. In addition, Significant Admissions and other information are contained in a narrative list to help pinpoint areas for further investigation. Interview questions corresponding to an applicant's specific responses are also provided.

Areas of Measurement:

  • Conscientiousness - Measures the extent to which an applicant effectively handles details, is well organized, doesn't give up when solving difficult problems, and avoids procrastination.
  • Consistency - Assesses the extent to which an applicant maintains performance and attitude at a satisfactory level
  • Punctuality - Measures the extent to which an applicant is on time for work and meets deadlines.
  • Reliability - Assesses the extent to which an applicant is trusted by others and observes organizational rules.
