The EPI assessment helps identify dependable, dedicated applicants with productive and conscientious work attitudes.

Normative data is based on relevant groups.

Validation studies have been conducted and are available upon request.

The EPI report includes individual scale scores and Significant Behavioral Indicators - a narrative list to help pinpoint areas for further investigation.

Dimensions of Measurement

  • Dependability - The extent to which an applicant is willing to do the work assigned and follow company rules.
  • Interpersonal Cooperation - The likelihood that an applicant will be courteous and cooperative with others and will positively contribute to employee morale and customer satisfaction.
  • Drug Avoidance - The likelihood that an applicant will not use or sell illicit drugs on the job.
  • Safety - The extent to which an applicant is likely to assume personal responsibility for safe work practices.
  • Poductivity Index - The likelihood that an applicant will be dependable, perform well on the job, and be a successful employee (combines the results of the Dependability, Interpersonal Cooperation, and Drug Avoidance scales).
  • Accuracy - The degree to which an applicant understood and carefully completed the assessment
