Mike Callahan, Vice President,
Learning Solutions, Sales and Operations

Mike has spent his entire career working with clients in the field of learning and organizational development (OD). He has in-depth knowledge on how learning solutions and OD strategies can and do impact an organization's bottom line. He has honed these skills through years of work with Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries.

Currently, Mike is the Vice President of Sales and Operations for the commercial Learning Solutions Practice. In this capacity, he is responsible for the practice's business development, project management, and line operations functions. Mike also serves as executive account oversight for our clients. He works closely with the Vangent Human Capital team of instructional designers and technologists to ensure they are working effectively on behalf of Vangent Human Capital clients. To ensure that Vangent Human Capital remains a leader in its field, Mike also provides the vision and strategic focus to advance the commercial Learning Solutions Practice.

Prior to joining Vangent, Mike held various business development and mangement
positions at IBM Learning Services and The Forum Corporation. Mike graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor
of Science degree.
