Eric Hutchison, Vice President of Sales, Assessment and Hiring Solutions

Eric has 15 years of sales experience in implementing client-focused Human Capital Management Solutions at major organizations, making him a leader and an invaluable resource for the marketing and sales team. He has first-hand experience working with Fortune 500 organizations to implement automated recruitment, selection, and development solutions that provide a significant ROI. Eric works closely with his team of national account executives and Vangent Human Capital subject matter experts. He also plays a key role in strategic and innovative initiatives that benefit Vangent Human Capital clients and the bottom line.

Eric began his career at Reid Psychological Systems as an Account Executive in 1991, and quickly advanced to Team Leader of the Midwest territory in 1992. In 1995, he assumed the position of Director of Sales for Reid's new background check division, coordinating the sales efforts and presenting the new service to major organizations nationwide. In 1996, he moved from Chicago to Atlanta, and became Regional Sales Manager of the Atlanta hub in 1998. In December 2000, Eric assumed the role of Director of Business Development, and in 2004 became Director of Sales.

Eric attended Eastern Michigan University, where he earned a degree in psychology, with an emphasis on business management.
