As Finance Director, Cindy directs all financial and contractual decisions for Vangent Human Capital. She is the process owner for budgeting, policy decisions, contract review and approval, and financial analysis and reporting.

Prior to joining Vangent, Cindy was a Corporate Accounting Manager for Anteon Corporation, where she was primarily responsible for corporate consolidations and SEC and other public reporting. While at Anteon, she was also responsible for the development and leadership of the corporation's Internal Audit department. She began her career in Accounting and Finance in 1983, and has held several positions in functional, financial, and corporate accounting. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of CT and a MBA in finance from Rensselear.
